1. You book a 60-minute Content Test Kitchen session.
2. When there’s content to review, audit, or edit, you provide it at least 48 hours ahead of our scheduled meeting time.
3. When it’s a brainstorming session, I need a basic idea of the topic and whatever work you’ve done so far.
4. I review, compile a list of suggestions, and do some editing (when appropriate).
5. At the session, we hash out content issues verbally, brainstorm, and create a to-do list.
6. Based on my pre-session review and our conversation, I recommend action items, next steps, and additional resources.
7. We discuss any questions, come up with an action timeline, and summarize.
8. I follow up with a recap email.
9. I’m available for follow-up questions via email, should you have them when implementing what we discuss.

2. I provide a homework assignment to be completed at least 48 hours before we meet.
3. I review, compile a list of follow-up questions, and map the strategy outline.
4. At the session, we hash out details, create a to-do list, and discuss the strategy elements.
5. After the session, you receive a written brief that lays out your content strategy, along with a step-by-step plan for moving forward.
6. I’m available for follow-up questions via email, should you have them when implementing what we discuss.

• We brainstorm how the website content can be repurposed in other areas, such as your LinkedIn profile.

2. You book a one-hour kick-off meeting.
3. I provide a homework assignment to be completed at least 48 hours before we meet.
4. I review your homework, and compile a list of follow-up questions.
5. At the session, we review any open issues, and discuss the process.
6. I develop your content using Google Docs, where you can watch over my shoulder, and provide feedback.
7. We finish off the content, and you have a package of information, ready to hand off to your web designer, or to use elsewhere.
